Finally recovered from all those Divas. What a rush! The Dash of Diva event on Thursday was so awesome it took me a whole day to recover. (From the fun, not the free drinks). So many amazing women were there, so many welcoming vendors and some wicked awesome entertainers. Emma Holder had women doing zumba and belly dancing. And comedian Karen Morgan had us doubled over with belly laughter.
Not sure how the individual readings went with Vicki Monroe. (Seen with me in this picture at right. No time for her to read me. Too bad.) But nobody had to be a psychic to say that next year's Diva event will require more space. Despite the overwhelming crowd, the staff at the Holiday Inn by the Bay was superb, accommodating, and especially nice to a certain writer who put her keys and wallet in a gift bag at the end of the night, only to come back later to find it AWOL. Sigh...... The point I'm trying to make, though, is the event was TOO SUCCESSFUL. Thanks to all who showed up. Next year there will be room for every DIVA. Plus, more feather boas! More free samples! And lots more dancing, fashion and laughter! Personally, I already can not wait. Bookmark/Search this post with:

about - the social behaviors and gatherings of other members of her species.
