No. 13/13 New Hampshire at No. 16 Maine, pregame

ORONO - The Maine men's basketball team defeated Binghamton 61-49 earlier this afternoon at Alfond Arena, and as soon as the two teams left the floor, the bull crew was at it, removing the basketball surface to prepare for tonight's hockey game between Maine and UNH.

However, every door in Alfond Arena was open after the basketball game to cool off the facility ... which begs the question of, "what are the ice conditions like, anyways?"

That remains to be seen.

Interesting to look at the latest PairWise Rankings before tonight's game - Maine is currently tied for 14th with Michigan State, but the PWR is always subject to change ...

A win tonight could help either team's cause - New Hampshire is currently 10th (and holding), while Maine could get a PWR boost with a win.
